Executive Personal Assistant Job

Responsibilities

• Managing executive’s calendar
• Drive the executive as required (Legal auto-driving license is a must)
• Arranging travel for executive
• Responding to email and phone call
• Drafting letter and managing files

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree with secretarial science with a proven 2+ years working experience as an executive assistant and have a proven automobile driving skill with more than one year.
